These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CreatorDesk: Content Planner and the related CreatorDesk website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CreatorDesk, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of CreatorDesk
CreatorDesk is provided as a content-planning, productivity, organization, and creator-workspace application. You may use the app for lawful personal or business productivity purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. License
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CreatorDesk on compatible devices for its intended purpose. The app is licensed, not sold.
3. Your Content
You remain responsible for the ideas, scripts, notes, schedules, account labels, brand information, tasks, and other material you enter into CreatorDesk (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate law, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use CreatorDesk for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to interfere with the app, its security, advertising systems, or related services.
- Reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell, or exploit CreatorDesk except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use automated or deceptive methods to generate invalid ad impressions, clicks, rewards, or other advertising activity.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any person.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
CreatorDesk may contain advertising, including advertising provided by Google AdMob or other advertising partners. Ads may link to third-party websites, apps, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, offers, availability, privacy practices, or transactions.
6. App Availability and Changes
We may add, change, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product improvement, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or Android version.
7. Intellectual Property
CreatorDesk, including its app design, branding, software, graphics, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Updates
Updates may be provided through Google Play or another authorized distribution method. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or access to particular features.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CreatorDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific creator growth, income, audience results, brand opportunities, or other outcomes from using the app.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use CreatorDesk, including loss of content, opportunities, profits, or data, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using CreatorDesk at any time. We may restrict access to the app or related services where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of CreatorDesk is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled, including in connection with advertising.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of CreatorDesk after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
